At WelleCo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return unworn garments with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
